Shipping
When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This number will allow you to follow the status of your shipment in real time.
To track your order, follow these steps:
- Once you have received the tracking number, click on the "Help Center" or "Locate My Order" link. This will take you to the tracking page.
- On the tracking page, enter your tracking number or order number.
In case of any delivery issues, the nearest pickup point where your package is located will be displayed, along with a contact number.
If you need more information about the pickup point, please do not hesitate to contact us by email at care@colwea.com or by scanning the WhatsApp code on our contact page.
Please note that we only respond to text messages (we do not accept calls).
Orders are delivered to mainland Spain and other countries in the European Union, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland.

Depending on the country you're in, all orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and holidays (neither at origin nor destination), after receiving the order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Depending on product availability in our warehouse, orders are delivered within 3-12 business days.
During sales and promotional periods, delivery times may be longer than usual. For shipping rates and estimates, please see our Shipping Policy.
Free Shipping: All orders will have free shipping, including VAT.
Estimated delivery dates: All orders are processed within 24-48 hours on business days. Therefore, orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
A notification will be sent when the order is processed and when it leaves our warehouse. Depending on product availability in our warehouse, orders are delivered within 3-12 business days.

We don't have a physical store; we operate exclusively online and don't offer a warehouse pickup service.
Exchanges, Returns and Refunds.
You can return all types of products, but some items require special conditions to be returned:
- Swimwear: must include a hygiene sticker.
- Underwear and hair accessories cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please contact us at care@colwea.com within 15 days of receiving your order with your order number for details on the return and refund process.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at care@colwea.com or send us a WhatsApp message by scanning the code below or on the contact page, with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.

Once we receive the package and verify that it's in good condition, we'll refund the amount you paid for the product using the same payment method you used when placing the order. From the moment we issue the refund, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account always depends on the bank.
Credit card refunds generally take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
Shipping costs for returned products are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to defective merchandise or a service error (such as delivery of the wrong size, color, or model).
We do not issue a refund if your order doesn't arrive due to factors within your control (for example, providing the wrong shipping address, not being at home on the various occasions the shipping company attempts to deliver the package, or not picking up the package from the shipping office within the specified period).

Yes, as long as it hasn't shipped yet. You can request a cancellation with our Customer Service department by emailing care@colwea.com, writing to us on WhatsApp by scanning the code below, or on the contact page. (We do not accept calls.)
Our Customer Service hours are Monday to Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, which is after 24 hours of confirming the order, it can no longer be canceled.
We offer four payment options, all with no additional fees:
Credit or debit card: You can pay with your card from any bank through our secure payment gateway.
PayPal: Payment is processed immediately.
Scalapay and Klarna: Pay in 3 Interest-Free Installments with Klarna or Scalapay.
At Colwea, we offer you a convenient and flexible way to pay for your purchases.
Our interest-free 3-installment payment service allows you to split the cost of your products into three equal installments, making it easier to manage your expenses without additional fees.
