We offer four payment options, all with no additional fees:

  • Credit or debit card: Pay securely with your card from any bank through our secure payment gateway.
  • PayPal: Payment is processed immediately.
  • Bizum: Available only for customers in Spain.
  • Scalapay and Klarna

Pay in 3 Installments with No Interest Using Klarna or Scalapay

At Colwea, we offer a convenient and flexible way to pay for your purchases. Our 3-installment, interest-free payment service allows you to split the cost of your products into three equal payments, making it easier to manage your expenses without any extra fees.

Advantages of Paying in 3 Installments:

  • No interest: No additional charges—you pay the same total price as you would in a single transaction.
  • Flexibility: Get your products immediately and spread the payment over three easy installments.
  • Simple process: Select the "Pay in 3 Installments" option at checkout and follow the instructions to complete your order.
  • No credit card required: Klarna and Scalapay accept various payment methods, so a credit card is not necessary.
  • Better expense control: Splitting the payment into three parts helps you manage your budget more efficiently.

How It Works:

  1. Select the products you want to buy and add them to your cart.
  2. At checkout, choose "Pay in 3 Installments with Klarna" or "Pay in 3 Installments with Scalapay."
  3. Follow the instructions to complete the transaction.
  4. Your payment will automatically be divided into three equal parts. The first payment is made at the time of purchase, and the remaining two payments will be charged on the agreed dates.
  5. Enjoy your products while making easy, interest-free payments over three months.

Be sure to read Klarna or Scalapay’s specific terms and conditions to fully understand the process and payment deadlines. These options are subject to approval and availability, so check your eligibility before purchasing.

Cash on Delivery Not Accepted

Your purchase in our store is completely secure. Regardless of the payment method you choose, we implement all necessary security measures to protect your data.

Order Cancellation

All orders can be canceled before they are shipped. If your order has already been paid for and you need to modify or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.

Important Notes:

  • We only respond to text messages (we do not accept phone calls).
  • Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday, from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Once the packaging and shipping process begins (which starts 24 hours after order confirmation), cancellation is no longer possible.
