Returns and Refunds
RETURNS
You can return a product if you don’t like it, if it’s not what you expected, if the measurements don’t fit your needs, or for any other reason. You have 15 days from the delivery date to return the item. Products must be in perfect condition and in their original, intact packaging (they cannot be opened or used).
Before making a return, please email us at care@colwea.com or scan the WhatsApp QR code.
📌 Important Notes:
- We only respond to text messages (we do not accept phone calls).
- Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday, from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Provide your order number, and we will inform you about the return process.
REFUND
Once we receive the package and confirm that it is in good condition, we will refund the amount you paid using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
📌 Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to:
- Defective merchandise
- Service errors (e.g., wrong size, color, or model shipped)
💡 No Refund Will Be Issued If:
- The order does not arrive due to reasons within your control (e.g., incorrect shipping address, failure to receive the package despite multiple delivery attempts, or failure to pick up the package from the carrier’s office within the designated time).
HOW LONG DOES A RETURN TAKE TO PROCESS?
- If you paid with PayPal, the refund is immediate.
- If you paid with a bank card, processing time depends on your bank.
- Credit card refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
PRODUCT EXCHANGE
If you want to exchange a product, you must return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
15-DAY RETURN POLICY
- You can request a refund within 15 days from the date the carrier delivers your order to the provided shipping address.
- To request a return, send an email to care@colwea.com or scan the WhatsApp QR code.
